One of my favorite things to do with each new year, is to look back at all the books I've read, and all the books I'd still like to read. My "to read" list changes all year long - some things I never get to, and others sneak their way into my list - but getting an idea of what I'll get to experience and learn this year is so exciting to me! (This is maybe the most Questioner thing about me, haha)
2017 was a record-breaking year for me. My previous record for books read in a year was 41. Knowing I was going to be very busy this year, I set the bar low at 30 books. I ended up reading 55! I don't know if I'll ever make it to that 100 mark...at least not with kids as young as mine, but maybe someday.
