DAY 22 - April 5, 2020
My headache is gone! I was so relieved when I woke up this morning. I did some EFT tapping and Matt rubbed my feet for a while and it worked. My motivation has slowly been rebuilding but I wish my weekend wasn't so unproductive. You wouldn't think it matters with all this endless time at home, but it does! My weekdays are so focused on the kids's schooling.
Russ + Rose dropped off some elastic this morning so I can make masks, and Joy put some in the mail for me. Amy (my old MJ upline) said she's going to drop off some masks and books for me tomorrow. I feel really blessed by all of that!
We have 2 Instacart orders in that may or may not happen. One is full of essentials and the other will determine how "normal" our Easter brunch is this year. Fingers crossed. We've done pretty well over the last three weeks, but things are getting harder and I'm not sure how much longer that will last.
There's talk of NYC reaching a plateau - they had a day with a decrease in deaths for once. We are about 7-10 days behind them, and in different circumstances obviously, but this is a good sign.
I mailed in my form for absentee ballots for both the primary and general elections this year. It's such a pivotal year for voting - never thought I'd be doing it through the mail, but I'm very grateful to be able to.
My mind is a little busy today - there's so much I want to do after basically losing the day yesterday. I'm going to try and keep it simple, though.
1. Bake muffins + banana bread.
2. Do some laundry.
3. Make tomorrow's school plans.
4. Shower.
5. Have a fire + s'mores.
